Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms: Full payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed

upon in writing.

2. Delivery Timeline: Materials will ship within 6 weeks upon receipt of signed agreement and payment.

3. Customization: SETT® Regulation Stations and SETT® Temperature check services require scheduling

and customization. Final costs will be determined based on student count and space.

4. Digital Content Access: Access to SETT® instructional videos will be provided via a

secure link following purchase of the SETT® Teacher Guide.

5. Refunds/Exchanges: Due to the nature of educational materials, all sales are final unless

items arrive damaged or defective.

6. Ownership & Use: All SETT® materials are copyrighted and may not be reproduced or

distributed without written permission from Child and Family Resource Center.
